The Bottle

Quietly confident.
Cleanly poured.

A pale Mallorcan rosé, sourced from a single boutique estate in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana. Callet and Pinot Noir, grown closer to the sea, picked a little earlier, finished a little drier. Provence colour. More flavour. Made for the long afternoon.

The Story

It started as a secret.

A bottle from a sun-drenched vineyard in Mallorca, shared among friends who knew better than to keep it to themselves, and then thought better of it anyway.

A pale Mallorcan rosé. Quietly confident on the palate. Clean on the finish. The kind of wine that makes a Tuesday feel like a Saturday in the South of France.

Still private. Still limited. Still something you have to know about to find.

Found in Mallorca, bottled for you

The Estate

A boutique estate.

01

The land

One hundred acres in Esporles, Mallorca. Six hectares of vines in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, three to four degrees cooler than the island's traditional wine zones.

02

The grapes

Callet, an indigenous Mallorcan variety rare enough to feel like a secret, blended with Pinot Noir for poise. Ecologically farmed. South-facing valley.

03

The hand

Boutique production. A small team, real people, real terroir. The kind of place where the founder still picks up the phone.

The Moment

Wine that finds
its moment.

A Tuesday. A garden. A Saturday in the South of France. Whenever you need it.

02 · DINNER, NO RESERVATION

The kind that turns into the table by the window.

03 · FRIDAY. ANY FRIDAY.

No occasion required. Friday will do.
A picnic of pale rosé wine, peaches and bread on a cream linen blanket in tall grass

04 · PICNIC, SOMEWHERE QUIET

A blanket. A basket. A bottle that knows how to behave.

05 · A GIFT THAT LANDS

The bottle people remember bringing. And the one they remember being brought.

06 · THE TUESDAY POUR

Because Tuesdays deserve better, and now they have it.

“Oh, you brought a bottle of drift. Thank god.”
